xcdump can dump an encoded stream.  If you use the tack program to
encode some data, for instance, you can use xcdump to look at it.  Try
"tack -c foo | xcdump".  If you extract the data streams from a
tcpdump, you can pass those to xcdump to view the interactions between
WANProxy instances.
