Is the server config in the pastebin cut off or is there a separate
process listening on 3302 with a different config?

It looks like the proxy (proxy0) is failing to connect; I would have
to guess that this would be because of some problem connecting to
localhost port 3302.  Can you try connecting using telnet on that
system to verify that it works?  I don't have any idea yet of what
else you might try.
