WANProxy 0.7.1 is now available from Subversion and on the web!

NOTE: The protocol used between WANProxy instances has changed again,
and will likely continue to change for the near future.  Please ensure
that all WANProxy nodes that communicate with one another are running
the latest release.

This release features:
o) Changes to fix excess memory use by the XCodec.
o) Fixes to an assertion failure in the PipeProducer class that would
manifest with XCodec + zlib.
o) Fix XCodec+zlib to improve performance for data sent from servers to clients.
