Help with libuinet compilation

Hi Reji,

libuinet is available at https://github.com/pkelsey/libuinet, and it is in
general possible to compile and use it on a Linux box. There have been a
number of changes to libuinet recently that have rendered the README out of
date and that I believe are causing build issues on Linux. These issues
will be resolved in the near future.

Thanks,
Patrick
